Apartment Complex Update:
The community charges for 2009/10 have now been agreed and are as follows: Community charge for 2009/10 will be 75 Euros payable every 3 months on the 15th of the 3rd month or you can pay the full amount of 300 Euros on a annual basis with the first payment due on or before the 15th of August 2009 this payment date is also for those who wish to pay every 3 months, all owners should have received copies of the minutes from the previous meeting which includes the direct debit mandate for you to fill in and return to the address provided or you can set up the direct debit through your own bank, if you have not received the form you can obtain one by contacting the President by e-mail and he will send you one: ray.jan7@hotmail.com

Post Boxes for the Apartments.
The post boxes have now been installed next to the commercial centre .( Keys for the Post Boxes can be obtained from the President on your next visit to the site)

Telefonica are currently installing phone lines to properties that request them, unfortunately internet availability via telefonica lines will be available later,at the moment there is no specific date on the internet service.
Broadband " Good News"
